Our main products include mobile phone auxiliary materials, double-sided tapes, protective films, foams, and MPP, EVA, PP, PC and PET insulation sheets.
Responsibilities:
1. Produce the assigned die-cut products. Experienced operators provide training for beginners.
2. Our flatbed equipment includes Feixinda, Hongwen, Lingyi, Quantum and combined production lines.
Requirements:
1. Able to work two rotating shifts, normally changing shifts once a month according to actual orders.
2. Follow management instructions, work diligently and have an interest in the die-cutting industry.
BenefitsSalary consists of base pay, full-attendance bonus, performance pay and overtime pay.

^{2. Factory Operations Assistant — One Opening}

Responsibilities
1. Assist supervisors with company and workshop management and implementation of policies.
2. Ensure workshops and relevant departments follow production safety procedures, maintain attendance records, supervise shop-floor management and implement 6S practices.
3. Assist departments with production staffing and performance reviews; prepare and distribute production plans and track material availability.
4. Collect, record and follow up production data and problems, provide timely feedback, supervise process compliance and summarize inventory material usage.
5. Check each order's products, models, specifications, quality requirements and raw-material and finished-goods inventories.
6. Track product quality, production progress, warehousing time and completed quantities for each order.
7. Manage workshop production safety; develop, implement and inspect safety rules; oversee safety protection and environmental work and ensure safe, orderly production.
8. Monitor daily warehouse and workshop operations, propose solutions to production problems and report them to supervisors.
9. Regularly analyze production and purchasing plans, quality, costs and operations, and propose specific improvements.
10. Help develop production, purchasing and warehouse procedures, inspect compliance and complete other tasks assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications
1. Associate degree or above in a mechanical discipline, age 25–40. Education requirements may be relaxed for outstanding or experienced candidates; excellent new graduates may also apply.
2. Candidates with more than one year of workshop management, production planning or scheduling experience are preferred.
3. Good communication and coordination skills, ability to work under pressure, quality awareness and proficiency in basic office software.

Job Requirements:

Experience in manual inspection of die-cut products.

Diligent, practical and willing to follow management instructions.

Workplace: 2nd Floor, No. 16 Fengsha Road, Dongkeng Town, Dongguan.

A comfortable workshop maintained at a constant temperature around the clock; meals and accommodation provided.Base pay, full-attendance bonus, performance pay and overtime pay.

Total monthly pay: RMB 4,000–6,000.

^{4. Marketing Department Sales Manager}

Responsibilities:
1. Understand die-cutting competitors in the assigned region.
2. Analyze markets, including die cutting for flexible circuits and assembly, and end customers' supplier-control requirements.
3. Analyze projects and propose improvements and responses when progress deviates from plan.
4. Identify business opportunities and understand end-customer supply chains, internal organizations and project decision-making responsibilities.
5. Independently evaluate and quote die-cut products.
6. Submit reports on schedule.
Qualifications:
1. Open to all genders; more than three years of sales experience in die-cut auxiliary materials preferred.
2. External quality personnel in die cutting and purchasing or supplier-management personnel in consumer electronics, FPC or new-energy batteries may also apply.
3. Familiarity with die-cut products, PP, PC and PET insulation materials, double-sided tapes, foams and EVA.
4. Strong communication skills, diligence and willingness to learn.
5. Customer resources and experience developing and following up major accounts preferred.
